Primary point of contact responsible for networking with multiple regional home builders and general contractors in order to foster and maintain industry relationships for the purpose of business development. Maintain industry knowledge of new products to provide maximum cost and performance benefits to trade partners. Review and analyze job specifications and plans to create competitive bid and cost estimates. Compare monthly job costing reports with job cost estimates to identify potential cost overruns and provide solutions for discrepancies. Plan, order, schedule and adjust all appropriate job related labor and materials.

Primary responsibilities include the maintenance of all accounts payable/receivable ledgers utilizing Infinity Accounting software. Establish terms of payment schedule with vendors and maintain relationship with vendor point of contact regarding billing issues. Provide Job Costing reports. Prepare AIA forms for billing. Reconcile bank statements

Primary responsibilities include the maintenance of development project budgets, inputting and verifying approved budget adjustments, change orders and project closeout adjustments. Maintenance of development project files. Also responsible for the preparation and presentation of construction loan draws. Reconcile monthly balance sheets for all open development projects.Maintain monthly bank reconciliation for development related accounts. Prepare various financial and accounting analyses for development projects as requested.
