Joined TR on its acquisition of Clarient to work with newly on-boarded clients, implement data services - API, Flat Files, Web Portal - and provide 1st line support. Clients include top-tier financial institutions, products include Avox Managed Data Service, now Verified Entity Data as a Service (VEDaaS). The role includes capturing new requirements from existing clients and creating user stories, working with 3rd party technology vendors to connect and integrate TR data with client lifecycle platforms including Fenergo, iMeta, PegaSystems, collaborating with development and testing teams to understand functional requirements regarding product enhancements, and performing UAT on enhancements.Achievements to date include on-boarding four new clients under tight time pressures to provide data required to meet AnaCredit regulatory reporting requirements; working with development team to design, test and implement a generic and configurable data load and extract tool to significantly reduce the client on-boarding timeframe; and overseeing all aspects of quarterly API product releases to enhance existing functionality and content.
