Project Experience:- GDIT DCAA DMCA: Falls Church, VA22,000 SF tenant fit-out for General Dynamics Information Technology’s Defense Contract Audit Agency & Defense Contract Management Agency. The space included collaborative conference rooms, personal offices, kitchen areas, and sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIF). - Boeing SS: Herndon, VA 18,000 SF speculative suite fit-out within a multi-tenanted building for The Boeing Company, which is among the largest global aerospace companies and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defense, space, and security systems. The suite included state-of-the-art conference rooms, dining areas, personal and open offices. - ACOE-NELO: Fairfax, VA30,000 SF speculative suite fit-out from a white-box, for the Army Corps of Engineers & Navy Engineering Logistics Office within a GDIT office building. The two suites occupied an entire level of the building and included state-of-the-art labs, sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIF), storage rooms, collaborative conference rooms, personal and open offices. - 4500 EW Hwy Roof: Bethesda, MD7,000 SF penthouse roof build-out for Carr Properties’ first certified LEED Platinum property in downtown Bethesda. The penthouse included green roofs, fire pits, high-end outdoor furniture and roof-top bars. Role Responsibilities:- Direct involvement in the pre-construction phase through completing budgets, bid packages, and client change orders, while ensuring the project's objectives were met within budget.- Upon project awards, managed all Engineering responsibilities during the construction phase from mobilization through substantial completion and punch list close-out. Administered and expedited submittals, purchase orders, subcontractor change orders, RFI’s, schedules, and meeting minutes.
