Wireless Infrastructer; Responsible for the routine installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of communications and associated electronic equipment, writing per specifications and operational procedures. Monitoring equipment performance according to published equipment standards; diagnosing and correcting equipment problems; gathering, updating, recording and maintaining data or statistics; and responding to or reporting trouble, outages or failures to appropriate personnel. Also perform duties such as facility, landscape maintenance, assembling, painting, soldering, constructing and/or installing equipment. Responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of EBTS and power plant equipment, assisting in responding to and resolving site outages and trouble tickets (available on a 24/7 basis). Responsible for assisting in the shipping and receiving new and repaired parts and equipment, assisting in the administrative responsibilities including asset management and tracking. CPE; (Customer Premise Equipment) Proficiency of Basic and Advanced Skill Sets; Environmental Health and Safety, VoIP, IP Protocols, Router Installation and Maintenance, Wireless Wan, Channel Bank Installation and Maintenance, Problem Solving Skills, SSTAT, FMS, TRS, Basic Computer Skills, Customer Relations, Basic Telephony, Basic Principles of Digital Transmission, Fiber Communications, Basic Administration, Fundamentals of Data Communications, Sprint Product Overview, Networks Overview, and Company Infrastructure. Responsible for the operation, installation and configuration phase of Sprint customer premises equipment and approved SCA equipment (IE Cisco switch and router) including the quality of the LEC installation prior to, or by the Customer Commit Date (CCD).

Responsibilities; to perform, coordinated audit functions to support the Network Department. Duties and tasks; resolve routine questions and complex issues; exhibit excellent organization skills. Responsible for performing scanning of assets in cell sites, cows, repeaters, Fleet vehicles, warehouse and warehouse bins that are part of the audit; work with Supply Chain Management and Network Department to resolve issues related to the audits; provide an update on status of audit schedule to a Network Manager on a daily basis.

- Responsible for working with RF Engineers to determine trouble areas then map and driving cell sites using RF principles and knowledge. Actions include performing field data collection, post processing and evaluation of system performance such as signal strength, dropped calls and handover over parameters, using Agilent receivers and software along with mobile phones, laptops, and GPS equipment. I then present all findings and plot maps to RF and Network Engineers.

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Identifying user errors, unit issues, RF abnormalities & network related problems. Responsible for maintaining the troubleshooting process for customers (internal & external) reported issues. Liaison between Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Corporate Engineering and customers. Coordinates Technical Support Field Engineer's visits & field testing activities. 1st line diagnostics on subscriber network trouble tickets. Knowledge in NTM, Vantive, Ensemble, Email, Internet, iconnect, Delorme street atlas, CDR, Cell stats and Site frequency queries.

As a wireless technician, I assisted customers understanding wireless equipment, products and operations using general knowledge and technical skills. I would troubleshoot technical issues such as dropped calls, reception problems, OME handset repairs, and software upgrades or programming, ensuring quality and satisfaction in a customer service environment. If unit is warranted by following company procedures I would swap out the unit with a fru (replacement phone) if beyond salvageable. Also I advised customers of all products and services from hardware to web enabled services to encourage purchases.
