As the Manager of Business Intelligence at Fast Pace Health, a leading provider of urgent care services, I lead the development and maintenance of the data platform that enables consistent and accurate data analysis and reporting across multiple companies and locations.In my current role, I have successfully defined and implemented policies, procedures, and standards for the data warehouse and platform, ensuring alignment with the overall data strategy and requirements. I have also developed a unified COVID reporting solution based on state-mandated guidelines. I created a data model for visits and charts across all companies, unifying data across multiple EMRs. Additionally, I have provided financial analysis and diligence during numerous potential company acquisitions and created and maintained Power BI dashboards for various business units and stakeholders.
