As a Christmas staff member at Marks and Spencer for two months in 2020 and currently working at Krispy Kreme, I have gained valuable experience in customer service, team collaboration, and time management.During my time at Marks and Spencer, I was responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring the store maintained a clean and safe environment. Through this role, I developed strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during the busy holiday season.In my current position at Krispy Kreme, I continue to utilize my customer service skills while also learning new skills such as serving food and credit transactions.
