I coordinated efforts with Ministries of Education and local software integrators in Egypt, Oman, Libya, Spain, and Portugal. Leading a small team of designers and web developers, I ensured smooth project delivery and maintained strong partnerships with Intel Education collaborators, including SMART Technologies and AsusTek Computers Inc. I also documented installation and training manuals for integrators and supported Intel’s content integration into Ministry of Education Learning Management Systems.For the Intel Development Centre in Shannon, I contributed to product delivery by overseeing the code and document inspection workflow process and reporting functionality. I assisted in planning the infrastructure and deployment of MS SharePoint. I troubleshot customer issues, coordinated resolutions with the development team, and supported the transition from Express Order V.1 to V.2. I conducted user acceptance testing, updated test cases, and detailed bugs for resolution. Additionally, I managed relationships between customers, sales teams, European HQ engineers, and third-party providers. I performed integration testing for SAP/ARIBA customers in the Technology and Financial sectors, delivered customer presentations and training, and provided support to internal IT and business teams as needed.
