I have just started as the Safeguarding Manager for the Berkshire Cricket Foundation.Previously I worked for Thames Valley Police as the Training Design Manager. I am an experienced Learning and Development Manager specialising in the identification of training needs and development of training solutions. This ranges from the development to multi-year programmes leading to formal qualifications to small bite size online packages. Over the last two years I have managed the design of a degree apprenticeship programme for new police officers working with a partner university.I have experience of leading and managing teams and have strong interpersonal skills working with subject matter experts, stakeholders and sponsors at all levels of an organisation.
