While attending Middlesex County College in 2002, I landed an Internship at Earle Asphalt Company in Wall, New Jersey and never left the company. I have moved up through the ranks as Intern, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and now my current role of Engineering Department Manager, a role I have held since 2014. In my current role I oversee all Estimating and Project Management of our Public and Private Heavy Highway, Road, and Bridge Construction Projects. During my tenure, my department has more than doubled in size and the company’s portfolio of work has increased tremendously. New revenue and profit marks are being hit yearly, new market share is being added, and new scopes of work are being researched and added to our stable of work. I received my bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2004 and 2005 respectfully. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey (2009) and Pennsylvania (2016). I am married to my wife Anna of 17 years, and we share two beautiful and spunky daughters.
