The team was responsible for collecting over $850 million for AIG on the Hurricane Katrina claim. Evaluated the Client Support Services Department Work Condition Report for management on a weekly basis. This tool was utilized by management in order to avoid Errors & Omissions exposures.Assisted senior management with issues pertaining to: mainframe installation and enhancements, client and Reinsurer dilemmas, budgetary analysis pertaining to salary administration, Travel and Entertainment, and staff job description requirements.
