Have now taken on a more senior role in the Safety and Training team at Hampton Mining and Civil where i am moving from site to site in a roving role providing mentoring, guidence and training to other members of the management and Safety/Training Team.Then was working in the Yalgoo Shire at the Minjar Gold Project and was previously in Northern Territory, at the McArthur River Mining, Tailings Dam Project on behalf of Hampton Mining and Civil, for Xstrata Mineral's. Then onto KMG Iron Ore, Project SE of Wyndham for set up to AS4801 and now at Minjar Gold Project South of Yalgoo, setting up to AS 4801 standard for accreditation to that level.Currently working in the South Kalgoorlie area for Hampton Mining and Civil at the Metals X, Jubilee Gold Mine project where I am responsible for site Safety and Training. This project is moving along well now as we near the sith month of operation there. Am enjoying my work with Hamptons as it leads me to many varied sites and operations which has been of great value in my personal growth as a Safety and Training Advisor/Coordinator.Have now moved over to the new Cannon Mine project and am setting up the site safety and training systems according to the Hampton AS4801 model. Left because i was offered the position with Hampton Mining and Civil at the new DeGrussa Copper, project, (they were having difficulty putting together the right safety package and required someone withe a good overall knowledge of the required Safety Systems) where the Senior Safety and Training Advisor was paid according to position, experience and skills.

Senior Safety Advisor in a team of 6 advisors in a role encompassing the port facility, the power station, dewatering, mine services (Cranage etc), crushing, processing, drill & blast, maintinance and open pit mining.

Responsible for the overall safety throuout the group 8 country depots along with maintaining DG compliance/auditing of all depots. Responsible for the implamentation and managing anual Safety Management Plans throughout the midwest of WA to all regional depots. Writing and facilitating training programs, policy and procedures for all facits of this industry.

Kalgoorlie

Worked as Project Manager/Operations Manager for all their Mining Operations and organised all the contractual arrangements with clients such as Minara Resources, Murrin Murrin-Project, storing, handling and delivering dangerous goods to Murrin Murrin near Leonora. The main focus here was the cartage of bulk quantities of Sodium Hydrosulphide in liquid and solid form. This was a hugely successful project conducted by Impact Transport in conjunction with Minara Resources.
