This involves working with a 3PL company to manage inbound and outbound freight scheduling, cost reduction/avoidance, etc.Manage waste and recycle programs to ensure that scrap/surplus materials are sold to maximize return to the company.Oversees warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Ensures warehouse space is optimized for maximum efficiency.
