• Assigned to AT&T account covering the entire nation. One of three engineers that engineered and tracked every network sold through AT&T across the country. Managed up to 25 projects at a time working closely with Ciena.
• Created detailed network designs for sold projects for AT&T UVN and LNS accounts, including scope of work, rack elevations, and signal flow drawings for AT&T’s end customers requiring their own private leased networks.
• Developed and executed Engineering Method of Procedures (EMOP), augmenting existing traffic carrying networks without affecting existing traffic.
• Implemented training courses for internal and external customers to provide them base navigation knowledge in the Site manager software.
• Implemented the first deployment of the 4x10G OTR with encryption in the AT&T account which involved thorough training to AT&T and their end customer due to it being first time where end customer had responsibility of.
• Created Excel document for AT&T using formulas and macros to streamline the process and auto fill several cells based on what was inputted in other cells to improve employee performance as well as reduce network.

Managed Nortel Packet MSC CDMA switch. Performed routine maintenance on EBSC, CBRS, CSVS, CPDS, and Media Gateway shelves an on CBM, CMT, CNM, and BSM.

Installed, tested and Turned up Nortel Optical gear including OM3500, OM5200, OME6500, CPL. Managed multiple projects with multiple teams up to 15 people at a time across the nation.
