Managed 2-4 diverse teams over the course of 10 years:• Infrastructure Applications: 4 senior engineers in Oregon responsible for: Active Directory, naming services (WINS, DNS, DHCP), certificate authority services, network integration and acquisitions.• Enterprise Monitoring: 4 specialists in Oregon responsible for server OS monitoring and ticket routing for approximately 3,000 UNIX, Linux, and Windows servers. Monitoring applications include BMC Patrol, Groundwork, Insight Manager, and What’s up Gold.• Windows Server Teams in Alaska and Washington: 12 engineers spread throughout Western Washington and Alaska responsible for supporting approximately 1,100 Windows2X servers - VMware, HP Blades and DL series HP servers.• Email Services Group: 2 engineer/analysts who centrally managed messaging environment for approximately 40,000 mailboxes across four states.
