I work with the three Artwork Production sites (Ireland/India/USA) travelling regularly to production sites in USA and India. I engage in managing and operating transition projects and balancing customer artwork requirements. I oversee the regional and global standard operating procedures, checklists and work instructions at the global production sites, in accordance with industry rules and regulations. I liaise with the regional production managers to fulfil the production process, maintaining and improving capacity. I help plan recruitment, selection training, and development. Set up the Pharma team in the USA office, based in Connecticut for 10 months. I was overseeing the expansion and pursuing the conditions necessary to develop growth and innovation in the USA. I engaged in training team members in all roles (Artwork/QC/CSR) and developing Work Instructions to accomplish business objectives. Implementing, managing and monitoring customer relationships and reviewing contracts with all stakeholders and attending on site meetings.

I managed, lead, supervised, motivated and delegated to a team of 110 staff including Artwork Operators, Project Managers and Quality Assurance Personnel. I was responsible for production instructions, schedules, financial budgets and resources. I managed selection, recruitment, induction training, monitored performance, performance appraisals, initiated corrective action when required, employment cessation, and succession planning. I evaluated customer service levels and compiled improvement plans to enhance and enrich the customer experience. I coordinated projects with two artwork centres in USA and Singapore. I attended all first contact meetings with new clients here and abroad to oversee the on boarding process.

This included project managers, art workers and QA team for one of our larger clients which enabled our company as a group to offer a 24 hour service. With this experience and knowledge acquired, I was promoted within our Dublin site to Production Manager.
