- Lead Early Detection and Early Resolution product quality investigations for safety and regulated electrical components on Toyota and Lexus vehicles. - Coordinated and conducted investigations while leading formal meetings regarding technical data analysis and countermeasure effectiveness with manufacturing, design, suppliers and dealerships.- Reviewed and analyzed field information while applying logical and methodical problem solving thinking in order to promote high priority issues.- Safety and High Priority representative during annual Cold Region Obeya Team activity. Worked closely with North American and Japanese manufacturing and design to remedy cold weather related field quality concerns before the following winter.- Organized and implemented warranty enhancement program for 1,187,628 vehicles. Worked directly with seven internal Toyota departments in order to launch to market.

- Responsible lead on new model safety quality investigation at a Toyota NAMC, resulting in vehicle countermeasure implementation and field resolution.- Supported 5 Product Engineers in various high priority powertrain investigations through the use of internal Toyota Quality System tools and databases.

- Lead team in creation of a custom 91 sku wiper blade product line for O'Reilly. Created product specification requirements, marketing material, launch plan and unique packaging for brand consistency. - Worked cross functionally with 5 OE’s and 6 foreign plants on technical plant and system releases for OES (Original Equipment Sales) parts on new model launches.- Assisted in managing portfolio of 18 product lines, with 450+ skus, selling to over 110 customers in automotive retail, mass retail and traditional channels.- Researched competitive programs, creating 3 customer specific benchmarks to highlight competitive advantages, program consolidations and unique features and benefits for program recommendations during line reviews.- Created and maintained catalog data for all customers and product ranges, on entire North American car park: roughly 278M vehicles.
