As Consulting Services Manager, I have continued my role as Industrial Engineer. I provide pharmacies with a unique perspective to help them make a well informed decision in the investment of pharmacy automation. Beyond the initial investment, I also help ensure their sustained success by evaluating each pharmacy’s individual operational performance to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.In addition to bringing my industrial engineering expertise, I also focus on customer, market, and internal Parata data analytics. With a vast supply of data, the consulting team helps turn data into useful information that can be used for objective decision making. These actionable insights aim to compliment years of experience to guide future projects, and prove the value of past projects.

I take an industrial engineering approach to pharmacy operations. Parata Consulting, a strategic consulting practice of Parata Systems, helps pharmacies benchmark and improve efficiency, streamline pharmacy processes, standardize labor utilization and optimize automation to accelerate achievement of business goals. Parata Consulting’s team is Lean Six Sigma-Certified, with an emphasis on healthcare, in order to help customers incorporate process consistency and drive elimination of waste from pharmacy operations.I am a pharmacy process expert with experience in retail, long-term care, institutional/government, high volume, community, and national chain pharmacies.With expertise in all Parata products and markets, I support sales, marketing, and business development.

Industrial Engineer for a manufacturing plant which processes include manual assembly, automated assembly, injection molding, progressive stamping, and cabling. I had responsibility over capital justification, data mining and analysis, layout design, cost estimates, setting standard BOM and processes, and lean process improvements.

As an independent contractor for the Southwestern Company, I ran my own sales operation. Managing every aspect of the business, including scheduling, prospecting, sales demonstrations, billing, ordering, and delivery, I provided the community with a sales experience representative of the established reputation of the Southwestern Company. While selling for 3 months, I spent the remainder of the year participating in advanced sales training and recruiting for the sales organization.
