As the IT Manger for Unified Communications, I architected, deployed and managed Bally Technology's global video infrastructure. This included the core conferencing equipment based in Las Vegas as well as more than 80 room systems deployed worldwide. I am responsible for Bally's Unified Communication collaboration environment which includes our Lync Server 2010 deployment. I have also managed several large projects involving Executive level sponsors. Architected and deployed Polycom's UC Infrastructure to support Bally's global video and audio conferencing solution. This includes a robust, resilient and reliable converged audio and video conferencing bridge hosting more than 15,000 calls a month using a clustered Polycom DMA 7000 and RMX 2000 bridges. Deployed and managed the global video endpoint deployment of Polycom room systems. Provided a collaboration environment to Bally Technology internal users and customers/vendors. This included Microsoft Lync Server 2010 with PBX integration to our Nortel CS1000 and Lync Mobility. Managed the overall project redesigning several large conference rooms for Bally. This included designing upgraded A/V infrastructure, displays, lighting, power, wired and wireless networking, and AMX automation controls. I worked closely with Bally executives and the Facilities team. Worked closely with the Telecom manager to provide support on Nortel CS1000 PBX.Prior to stepping into Unified Communications I was the Systems Manager. In this position I managed all of Bally Technologies server infrastructure worldwide. This included but was not limited to Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, File Servers, and SAN.

Provided server and network support for the Las Vegas development office which was acquired when Perfect Commerce merged with Purchase Pro. Worked with developers to provide change management and code release into the production environment. I also created server builds and desktop images. Provided desktop support for the local staff.
