• Implement Summation Pro review platform; work with I/T department to establish case data storage/archive strategy• Provide ongoing training for Summation Pro to the litigation department and paralegals at home and satellite office locations• Import/process/export/produce data from Summation Pro and Summation Enterprise review platforms• Establish standard review process workflow and standard Summation Pro review templates; collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to customize coding forms and fields for each case• Evaluate preprocessing and review suites such as Nuix and Law PreDiscovery to gain greater control over data processing expectations• Provide review and production support for Summation Enterprise• Routine maintenance on a “5-box” Summation Pro environment; perform ongoing maintenance on VMs and host workstations• Create digital service request forms, ex. Case creation form, Production request form, etc.• Image inbound media (FTK Imager) • Establish a logical review process for outbound cases ensuring only requisite data is transferred• Establish archive/backup process for concluded Summation Enterprise cases• Provide general legal support services to the firm

• Provide litigation technology consulting services remotely to law firms and corporate clients with a focus on data and review management, training, and implementation-consulting• Advise internal and external clients regarding best practices pertaining to the management of eDiscovery, database administration, workflow analysis and design

• Advise in-house counsel regarding ediscovery and document management best practices• Negotiate with vendors• Review, organize and prepare discovery materials for production

• Communicate with clients to manage daily project activity and timelines• Coordinate technical personnel and machine resources to accommodate project timeframe requirements• Advise clients regarding technology assisted review methodologies and provide training for the same

• Assist in the ground up development of internal ediscovery and digital forensics practice• Define and document standard operating procedures for the ediscovery department• Assist with structuring data back-up and retention policy• Digital forensic collections using Encase, FTK Imager, Helix• Mobile phone collections using Paraben• Manage multiple development phases of internal, web-based workflow management system using Metastorm BPM Suite. Develop custom workflow documentation in support of this system

• Establish department workflow• Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures• Provide internal training as well as training to clients utilizing various technology assisted review platforms

• Create and maintain document databases utilizing platforms such as Summation, Concordance, and iConnect; provide training for the same• Negotiate pricing and coordinate data processing with various service providers• Analyze, test-load, and troubleshoot load files received from vendors• Provide general technical support to the firm
