Director Of Finance
CurrentDirector of Finance: Boise, Idaho • Provide strategic support for multiple General Managers with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and various business analysis.• Work with General Managers and department heads in multiple stations to provide feedback on process improvement, idea generation, and drive best practices across business units.• Develop and maintain strategic metric reports of key performance indicators that measure progress achievement of key business goals. Recommend corrective action and realignment to achieve objectives.• Work departments and General Managers to review locally negotiated contracts.• Lead the Budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple business units while working closely with regional and divisional leadership.• Lead Preparation for capital budgets and prepare ROI analysis.• Work closely with corporate FP&A team to assist with contingency planning and developing alternative solutions to address financial and accounting matters.• Support other Directors of Finance in the same region by gaining an understanding of their business unit and then provide coverage while they are away.• In coordination with centralized accounting team serve as liaison for accounting operations and financial reporting.• Review monthly financials and participate in monthly close meetings to ensure the financials are correct and reflect accurate results and key transactions.
