Provide vision, process, and solutions to construct and perform process automation strategic initiatives in conjunction with clients. Management of technical resources of the business unit for the generation of all technical data, testing of products, and response to customers’ technical questions in order to align specific initiatives in support of sales of existing products. Management of all aspects of the product portfolio for the business unit from defining and justifying new product development through launch and marketing plan for the product, entire life cycle of the product to discontinuation. Management of a team of technical service professionals; oversight of all warranty and technical documents; that all requirements for New Product Commercialization are completed fully. Support QA with assistance on test methods and establishment of product quality standards; prepare Technical Service Reports.

Development of distribution and contractor channels for products associated with building envelope inclusive of closed cell foam; associated marketing and training materials; and contractual agreements. Furthered building envelope (air barrier, fenestration, commercial roofing) improvements and ECM’s (energy conservation measures) inclusive of preliminary site visits and development of value proposition to prospective clients. Development of projects commercial firms, property management firms, ESCO’s (energy saving companies), and the MUSH (municipalities, universities, schools, and hospitals) market to gain assessments and move to contract; develop building envelope solutions for sustainability models and structural integrity, including building performance initiatives. Use of Salesforce for client management and reporting. Worked with IFMA, BOMA, and other commercial associations and entities, inclusive of addressing meetings regarding building envelope and ECM’s.

A focus on ERP systems, Project Management, and database applications. Responsible for overall P&L, sales and marketing, and technology planning, with development of national and international client base. Directed corporation to significant annual growth, while directly increasing revenues through direct and management efforts, including negotiations and expanding product offerings. Developed partnerships with other technology firms, expanded product offerings, and developing new integration technology. Development, direction, and oversight of proprietary software marketing materials, including literature, presentations, and sales training materials, Redevelopment and revision of current contracts, negotiating more advantageous terms and limiting extended cost liabilities.
