    2022- Led a Project to align the Product Information Mng System system with "Multi-warehouse" features that were required for improved system integrations. 2023- Worked within the Enterprise Data Management team to deliver a proprietary system known as the IHUB. This system was created to provide near real time consolidation, cleansing and summarization data from Cummins Primary ERP systems. The systems that were included: Global Order systems, Biz Mngt Systems, and several Supply location installations. The system survives as a analytics tool used by SC Planners today.2023- Worked with Executive Directors to evaluate and deliver the Palantir AI Platform to the CMI Digital Organization. I managed the the Proof of Technology phase with AI team then lead the delivery of 1 of the 5 POC initiatives. The contract was solidified in 2023 and after that i worked to create and executed the PLTR Governance Council, and established the Palantir Support processes.2024 1) Took up the initiative to deliver Generative AI systems with the HR function as a customer. The AAI POC was completed and in early Q2 the decision was made to adopt the system with a scope of North America. 2024 2.1) Started to transition to the AAI team that support EBU. the EBU Digital Umbrella has 6 focus areas. My responsibility started with the goal of managing requirements in such a fashion as to ensure delivery meets initial expectations. 2024 2.2) Also with AAI EBU We've take up the effort to follow CDO guideline on Capitalization of Cummins Assets. This is driving new Agile Processes into the workflows. This requires CAP features to be created; and hours be logged to Stories; and features to be Released. All of these are facilitated through the CDO Jira instance
