Managed Operational Programs for Talent Acquisition into the U.S. Air Force for the 372nd Recruiting Group, encompassing 314 recruiting offices in 24 western states covering more than 4.1 million square miles in the U.S. and Pacific Rim. My primary role is to network with senior leaders across the organization to define our approach to talent and create the engine to achieve this vision by implementing a best-in-class human capital talent system These operational programs encompass analytics, training management, change management, leadership development, and coaching of the newest key leaders in the organization. Furthermore, I serve as an advisor to executive leaders through consult in the directing of recruiting activities of eight Health Professions regional recruiting flights, and eight enlisted accessions squadrons, servicing a market size of 84 million people with approximately 850 Air Force Recruiting team members exceeding 900 niche annual role requirements.

Supervise 8 District Managers, Regional Training Manager, Regional Line Officer Manager & 52 Area Recruiters. Formulate and implement all policies and procedures required to direct assignment and personnel actions for 105 personnel in 33 offices spanning over 180K square miles covering Oklahoma, Kansas, Western Missouri, and Western Arkansas. Performs quality reviews on all enlisted performance evaluations, awards, decorations, professional military education.

I conducted strategic planning and carried out tactic execution of training new recruiters and recruiting managers for niche role acquisition. I taught selling skills, background check administrative training and management techniques. I was also the primary manager of the regions strategic marketing plan and annual budget analyst for $75K to support the squadrons primary mission marketing strategy.

I rebuilt a team of four and led them through planning, training, employee relations, operations, branding, event planning and risk management supporting 3 states (FL, GA, SC) spanning over 86K square miles accomplishing full-spectrum recruiting for niche roles and the talent acquisition of over 50 Software, Network & Electrical Engineers. Collaborated with 8 state and private universities and 6 HBCUs career services, student clubs and faculty to on-board the most talented applicants.

I led workforce of 10 through planning, training, employee relations, operations, branding, event planning and risk management supporting 6 geographically separate locations spanning 47K square miles accomplishing full-spectrum recruiting (talent acquisition) of over 400 people into niche roles. Conducted market and production analysis to provide training and based on specific data. Conducts monthly office visits to ensure recruiters are productive, compliant and safe during daily operations.
