Educate, clarify, and assist Medicare eligible clients in selecting the right Health Insurance options. Help clients make informed choices based on individual circumstances. Find the best fit at best price by shopping relevant providers. Stay in touch throughout year to keep clients informed of changes that may affect them. Be a resource to help clients adjust as their own personal needs may change. Products include Medicare Supplements (also known as Medi-gap Policies or Medicare Tie In Plans,) Part C Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, Long Term Care, Home Health Care, Final Expense, Dental/Vision/Hearing Plans, and Social Security retirement budgeting and income stream planning. Also provide help with understanding Medicaid and Medicare “Extra Help” Plans to assist in paying Part B and Part D premiums as well as reducing or eliminating Drug Copays or other cost sharing expense.

Support faculty in the Business Department with research and data entry, assist in facilitating in-class activities, and serve as a proctor during course examinations and tests.
