Husband to Skye-Cherie, Daddy to Levi Daniel, Pastor and Chief Executive Officer of the Phoenix Dream Center. Brian has a personal passion to help people find healing, help and hope and to partner with leaders to help them design, build and grow Dream Center Ministries. In his work helping Dream Center’s around the world, Brian serves with Pastor Tommy Barnett the Global Dream Center Network Founder to assist startup and existing Dream Centers with advancing their missions. Brian has assisted over 50 of the 270 Global Dream Centers in some capacity as they grew their missions to serve the people of their cities. Brian currently serves on Governor Doug Ducey's Human Trafficking Council to combat Sex Trafficking and served for 5 Years on Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton's 5-Year Human Trafficking Task Force as Co-Chair of the Victims Services Committee. During this work, he has significantly contributed to HB2454 to combat Sex Trafficking in Arizona as well as worked to bring Trafficking Service Providers in the State of Arizona together under a banner of unified community services. In his collaboration building work, Brian promotes the idea that the social services response of any community is the most successful when it’s services are as diverse as the needs of the community. Brian and Skye have served together in international and domestic missions for nearly 10 years, and have served in the inner-city, ministry social services field for over 15 years. During their time at the Phoenix Dream Center they have developed a campus revenue increase of over 10 times the beginning amount, have directly driven the creation and implementation of 4 different transitional housing programs including the Trauma Informed Sex Trafficking Program, Family Systems Emergency Family Program and the Age Out Foster Care Programs. They have also created numerous community based outreaches including Youth and Sex Trafficking Prevention Outreaches to Teen Girls as well as greatly increased Community and Church Support of the vision and mission of the Phoenix Dream Center. Skye now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of StreetLightUSA a collaborative partner organization with the Phoenix Dream Center specializing in Trauma Informed and Behavioral Health Services to child victims of human trafficking. Their personal mission is to serve Christ and the Church, with all that they have to offer, and to help others to do the same.
