    My role is the General Manager of the Downtown Restaurant Group for Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. I have opened and operate Houlihan's Restaurant + Bar, Devon Seafood Grill + Steak, and the Cocoa Beanery Café & Beer Garden next to the Hershey Center for Applied Research. My role goes far beyond just restaurant operations. I also am involved with the Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Association (PRLA) Central Chapter past president, teach a part time work certification class at the Milton Hershey School, work with the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and participate with the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) Culinary Advisory Board and Milton Hershey Culinary Board. I also sit on the Houlihan's Franchise Operators Board to help support the franchises throughout the East Coast. I do all of this to remain connected and to help grow the future leaders that will keep our industry competitive and thriving.
