▪ Recommend and facilitate the implementation of compensation & benefits programs that motivate and retain high talent ▪ Monitor industrial relations climate in the Company and provide advice to management and employees on the application of the industrial relations policy and disciplinary and grievance procedures in order to maintain good disciplinary and industrial harmony in the Company.▪ Provide guidance on the application of labour statutes and domestic Company regulations ▪ facilitate effective communication between Management, employees and Union for proper flow of information▪ Main liaison between the Inhouse pension scheme and the scheme members
