I created a dominant sales staff that allowed my team to produce an estimated 3.3 million in loan volume per month generating an approximate avg. of $180,000 in fees monthly. I built the sales team from scratch by implementing the same techniques that had been so successful in building HFMC. When I started here there was no sales structure so I rehired and hand-trained my loan officers successfully and created a powerfully energetic sales floor. Together we built Trimark Fundings numbers up and increased profits to levels the company had not previously seen. With a new solid foundation we consistently saw monthly production gains and continued to do so by building rapport with potential borrowers, finding their particular needs and matching their needs with a specific product. After the 2007 crash in sub-prime lending we switched focus to Hard Money Lending. I was responsible for money management of private investors to purchase equity safe home loans. Our loans were sold to private investors and purchased as personal investment. Our private money lending specialty was from $30,000-$500,000. Competent with appraisals, Broker Price Opinion, and underwriting to achieve a safe loan for the borrower and the investor.

Began as a loan originator/telemarketer and shortly after became top producer in origination. I was promoted to loan officer and after being #1 producer I took the roll as Team Leader. In this roll I managed all sales production and processing. I also conducted training meetings covering goal setting, telemarketing, phone skills, building rapport, identifying purpose, underwriting, qualifying, handling objections, and closing the sale. Aided in the growth of the company by training dozens of loan officers and built a team structured sales environment. HFMC grew from a small branch of employees to a huge branch expansions and finally I managed over 65 employees. I oversaw six team leaders and mentored each to help their teams profit for the company daily, weekly, and monthly. Individual evaluations and team evaluations where done monthly to help motivate and continue growth in a fast paced environment.
