University of Edinburgh student with keen interest in computer science. I am fluent in Python having used NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib. Additionally I've coded in SQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Delphi and Haskell. My work experience includes working as a AI researcher/writer for Neura Pod and working as a math tutor. I love math and have participated in the final round of the South African Math Olympiad twice. I also came first in my school's year in the 2019 National Physics Olympiad, qualifying as a reserve for the International Young Physicists' Tournament's South African team. I achieved an A+ grade in astrophysics with Oxbridge Academic courses and 99% as my final mark for my math Matric (A-Level equivalent). I've always been interested in finance and was a committee member of the Bishops Investment Society. I achieved an A+ grade in finance with Oxbridge Academic courses. I've taken Planning for a Start Up as an elective and plan on running my own business in the future.Additionally I am an avid reader and won 3rd in the White Rose creative writing project, as well as wining the creative writing section for my grade in our schools cultural competition. I was a member of my high schools senior debating team and made the finals of the amateur section of my first ever debating tournament.Furthermore I am an IASI qualified ski instructor, with alpine mountaineering experience and have taught classes of up to 10 students. I am also a competing of the UoE ski team, requiring dedication and teamwork. I love guitar and have played live shows, greatly improving my confidence and work ethic.
