Responsible for service, sales and profit, stock management, people management and development and the cost management for the region.Direct and control of the regional stores through the Store Managers and Franchisees, to ensure the provision of outstanding customer service throughout the region.Recruit, coach, develop, and manage Store Managers to company competency standard.Responsible for all Franchise stores/ activity in Denmark.
