Leads a team of electromagnetic/spectrum experienced warriors conducting programmatic expertise and policy recommendational support to the US Air Force’s Air Combat Command (USAF ACC) in Langley, VA. Assists ACC in its mission to organize, train, and equip ACC Airmen to dominate and survive in contested and highly evolving and sophisticated battle space now and into the future. Provide leadership, functional, programmatic, and administrative support to the ACC A3/2/6KL Branch responsible for all aircraft, personnel and subsequent mission related systems conducting Electromagnetic warfare in support of DOD combat operations.

Currently supporting tasking from PMA-265 Australia Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) to assist Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18F & E/A-18G aircraft fleet. • Establish and define program plan requirements. Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides the technical support and verifies accuracy of EA-18G Pilot or NFO subject matter incorporated into EA-18G training materials. Includes gathering and validation of EA-18G Pilot or NFO Technical Data, providing mission insight, assisting with formulation of examination questions, and validation of the developed EA-18G training materials.Duties:•Review curriculum, assess, and recommend improvements to the training program.•Update, modify, and maintain currency of curriculum to support platform specific training.•Provide analysis of existing testing instruments and recommend changes to improve training.

Senior Systems Engineer support contractor with the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office in Crystal City, VA. Interoperability team lead conducting requirements development and contract oversight to Lockheed Martin in the development process for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. Assisted foreign country buy-in process and country specific capability development for Great Britain, Norway, Denmark, Australia, Netherlands, and Canada. Point man on all interoperability requirements regarding links, communications, and all waveforms dedicated to sharing of information across all domains.

Combat Survivability Analyst: Contract support to NAVAIR Aircraft Survivability Officer (Air 4.1.8) Consultant and Electronic Warfare expertise assistance to Government Program Managers and Senior Engineers implementing advanced technology for tactical aircraft. Duties require briefing, creating technical briefs, drafting test plans, overseeing and directing test schedules, and all management efforts of multi-million dollar contractor task orders designed to provide cutting edge technology to tactical aircraft. • Prepare test plans and security test plans for ground and flight test qualification of advanced technology for tactical aircraft. Oversaw completion of test events and test schedule. • Prepared million dollar task orders and requisite documentation for transition and qualification of advanced technologies designed to improve tactical aircraft. • Provided guidance on current and future threats to maximize assessment of new technology and assist in validating flight tests to provide best analysis for customers.• Developed roadmap for government customers to allow for maximizing survivability of aircraft throughout the full electromagnetic spectrum (RF,EO, IR).
