On a day to day basis I am responsible for drafting RFPs, level scopes and award recommendation letters, anticipating risks and challenges and troubleshooting, managing selected consultant teams through the design and submission of permit drawings, reporting to ownership in a comprehensible manner to clarify key issues to keep the project moving forward, reviewing invoices and approving requisitions for payment.From time to time, my other tasks include performing market analysis and contribute to assembling investment pitch decks, leading zoning analysis and feasibility studies of all new projects and advise clients regarding the navigation of New York Cities discretionary zoning process, assisting Legal Director with negotiations of atypical multi-million-dollar contracts to provide additional revenue streams while minimizing risk, and communicating the fundamentals of real estate development, constructability and financial feasibility to design teams and a multitude of additional ad hoc assignments.Specialties: Real Estate Development, Project Management, Legal/Business Risk, Architectural Design, Urban Planning and Zoning
