I own a full service law firm based in Fairhope, Alabama specializing in criminal defense, domestic relations and personal injury for the greater Baldwin County area. My wife Amanda and I have six children between the ages of 7-13, three boys and three girls. We are active in 3 Circle Church and value family and community. I invest time as a Cub Scout leader and Upward Christian League coach. I also serve in Fairhope Kiwanis Club, the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, as an active member of the Baldwin County Executive Republican Committee and as an associate member of the Eastern Shore Republican Women and the South Baldwin Republican Women. I play in charity golf tournaments that benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fairhope, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Fairhope Education Enrichment Foundation, Fairhope Kiwanis, Foley Police Department, Daphne Police Department, Sheriff's Boys Ranch.I was born and raised in Brewton, Alabama as the son of the late Dentist, Dr. Michael Anton Dasinger, who instilled in me the values of honesty, integrity and hard work. In my 15 years of practicing law, I have gained extensive experience in criminal prosecution, criminal defense, domestic relations law and civil law. I have a great deal of respect for law enforcement and have formed great bonds within the law enforcement community that would support my service as a District Court Judge. Because this judicial position will handle criminal, civil and domestic issues such as divorce and custody matters it is likely this court will impact your immediate family or a close friend. Having worked with so many families and with my understanding of the inner workings of the system, I will be an agent for change and I have a heart for families. If elected as the Baldwin County District Court Judge, I will take the bench each and every day guided by my deep desire to help the people of Baldwin County.
