As a military project supervisor with 5+ years of experience, I oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of cross-functional Naval operations. I have supervised day-to-day processes as well as special programs for various departments in the US Navy, including legal, supply, aviation, navigation, and electronic warfare divisions. To this end, I track, superintend, and report metrics on tools, materials, and labor. Additionally, I monitor and finetune equipment, eliminate ineffective procedures, and disseminate standard protocols to assure compliance with different audit inspections. While coordinating projects, I continuously look for avenues to harmonize departmental operations. For instance, I identified, escalated, and facilitated the troubleshooting of a sophisticated naval device. This allowed the warship to observe and monitor critical information, such as weather systems, natural hazards, and foreign missile activity. My leadership and motivational skills enable me to lead, mentor, and develop employees in multidisciplinary teams.
