Ativo managed the Contract maintenance on the Boeing Aerostructures site at Port Melbourne.As Maintenance and Reliability Planner I used ‘Maximo’ CMMs software for all planning of trades on site in conjunction with an Excel spreadsheet.The spreadsheet allows flexibility in report preparation and presentation, the ability to add search filters, manipulate resources and add or remove data as required. Reports are generated daily and weekly as required by management Including: Weekly maintenance plan Weekly completed plan Weekly Dashboard report listing KPI’s for department Daily critical equipment downtime  P.M Compliance and non-Compliance Mean time between failure Mean time to repairCurrent workshop crew consists of (8) Electricians, (7) Fitters and (2) T.A’s, although this can fluctuate depending on work load requirements.

Castricum Brothers Dandenong

Castricum Brothers (Abbatoirs) is a primary supplier of prime cut Australian Lamb servicing both local and International markets. The plant employed approx 400 Employees and processed between 4200 - 4600 carcasses per day.As site Maintenance Manager I provided Macro level management, which included assisting the client with budget preparation and control. Managing the initiation, research, development, design and implement of the latest economic technology to all current and future materials, methods, processes and equipment.Conducting a team of approx 10 permanent staff increasing proportionally as required with contract and project works. Staff in maintenance comprised of Castricum employed, Ativo contract labour and Proactive Electrical Contract labour.Key duties whilst Managing Site Maintenance included but were not limited to; Ensuring that maintenance personnel received ongoing training in aspects of OH&S and trade issues. Developing and implementing maintenance improvement plans which led to continuous improvement across all areas of the plant. Tracking labour and purchasing costs against KPI targets. Initiating capital and special expenditure initiatives and assisting the client with proposals. Initiating, maintaining, benchmarking and auditing all maintenance related methods and procedures for use in all aspects of manufacture. Assisting the client with preparation of budgets including CAPEX expenditure for project works. Reviewing the performance measures to ensure that trends are upwards and develop plans to correct any downward trends in a timely manner. Being an active member of the site OH&S and Project Management committees.

Casting Plant - Dandenong Sth Victoria

The company’s primary production is High Pressure Die Casting using UBE casting machines. Machine capacity ranges from 800T through to 2500T. Other associated equipment includes; Shot blast machines Furnaces Leak testers Broaches Fettling Robots Vertical and Horizontal C.N.C machining centers.
