I am a land development project manager who focuses on non-corporate commercial development. I am located in Gatlinburg, TN and have worked on a wide array of projects, ranging from commercial renovations to multifamily new construction. From land acquisition to developing the operational protocol, my eagerness to understand every aspect of a project allows me to craft proactive plans, problem-solve on the fly, and deliver projects that I am proud to stand behind. While communication is the most important skill on the job site, I have taken the necessary steps to expand my skills as a team player such as having learned AutoCAD and Civil 3D, developed successful print and digital marketing campaigns, and assisted in building out the operational software for all past projects. My main reason for undertaking these different skills is to remove friction from launching a new project. My hobbies and family are very important aspects of my life, I enjoy woodworking, knifemaking, rock climbing, fishing of all types, and time at home with my loved ones.
