CurrentProject and Contract Management for residential, condominium and commercial, with budgets ranging from $1 to $20 million• Schedule and attend project start up meetings, client meetings, municipal approvals and meetings, walk through meetings, and on-site personnel management• Contract analysis, CCDC contracts, contract drafting and planning• Extensive working experience with 3rd party negotiation, budget management, labour/contract disputes and mediation, project scheduling and scheduling software, pricing disputes, change orders, document management, and monitoring• Site management experience • Experience leading teams, sub-trades, and mentoring• Administration of PO’s, Change Orders and Progress billing• Organize personnel, financial resources, and manage multiple projects• Experience with overseeing projects of various sizes to ensure construction-schedule compliance, sub-contractor administration, budgets, cost approvals and payment schedules • OBC, Health & Safety and Environmental compliance• Extensive work experience with the Construction Lien Act • Working experience with maintaining relationships with commercial and residential builders, marketing companies and specific retail corporations• Experience in drafting and reviewing quotations, RFPs, confidentiality agreements, pre-bid agreements, joint ventures, deal memos, collective agreements, delivery schedules, purchase orders and general contractual terms• Ten (10) + years of practical application dealing with inherent risks, recommendations, pre- and post award documentation throughout construction and post construction phases• Extensive experience with construction contract litigation
