I am solely responsible for all Document Control on the project.Managing all Project document control processes regarding the planning, collection, creation, receipt, capturing of all documents whilst still having a strong attention to detail to provide a quick turnaround of documents.Ensuring that the Company Policies, Procedures and standards are met and complied with at all times throughout the projects lifetime.Generate reports regarding document turnaround time, document status any other reports requested from the Project Team or Management

Receiving, logging and transmitting engineering deliverables andSupplier data for the project.Perform basic QA checks on all outgoing documentation ensuring numbering, formatting etc complies with company standards.Expediting of internal design review processes, and in conjunction withProcurement and Contracts, supplier data.Recording documentation in the Electronic Document Management System as well as transmission of documentation internally and externally..
