Started Servicing Copiers in the early 1980's at Copytron, remained through takeovers by Savin Canada, Savin Copytron, Gestetner, NRG and Evolved to Ricoh Canada. Working when Liquid Toner Copiers were common , and have worked on the full range of copier products through the years. Now specializing in Mid-range MFD's as well as Wide Format. I also support networking as applied to the MFD Copiers of today and am a support Technician giving phone and on site support to other Technicians and a Team Leader CompTIA Certified A+ & Net+I create support documentation for Technicians and Clients (and acknowledge all sources of the information compiled )I have won the Service Excellence Award at Ricoh Canada 2011, 2013 & 2015 and been a finalist in 2011,2012,2013, 2015, 2017 & 2018 as well as other technical awards over the years and achieving a high customer satisfaction rating
