I founded Rx Drug Mart (later renamed Neighbourly), in March 2015 and was the CEO until February 2019. In June 2018, I was pleased to receive an offer from Bain Capital that valued the business at $255 million. For the three years ended March 2019, Rx Drug Mart was ranked by the Globe & Mail as the #1 fastest growing business in Canada with a three-year growth rate of 13,940%, and I delivered 100% of that growth. By early 2019, I was CEO of a business that was generating about $160 million in revenue and had over 700 employees. I raised the capital, developed the strategy, and I grew it using my system to serially acquire and integrate, operate and manage pharmacies. I used Lean Business techniques to develop my acquisition and integration system and it reduced the time to close by 70% without adding risk or sacrificing patient care. In operations, I developed a Business Intelligence system that in combination with operating capabilities generated material improvements patient care and store EBITDA. I served on the Board from the company’s inception through to March 2021.

Global executive team member for IR’s fast growing Compact Vehicles division (Revenue $5 Billion; 900 Bobcat & Club Car dealers). Series of Vice President roles with increasing responsibility. Key accomplishments include: Relocated to Europe for P+L leadership role where we accelerated revenue growth and grew operating margins materially in Bobcat’s 2nd largest business (Sales: $700 million; 350 dealers); created Global Product Management function that was responsible $1.1 billion in global gross profit, and led lean management that streamlined business processes.

Led global strategic planning for Kellogg reporting to Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development. Led development of business and corporate strategy globally.
