My brain is always thinking, and I know that together with my co-workers we can build something great!When I’m not at work looking at data or working on solving a problem in an HRIS system then I’m at home letting my creativity thrive by building things out of wood and metal, or doing some mechanic work on one of the many projects I have going on in the garage. I’m a very hands-on person who likes to work until the vision is achieved. This has lead to error-less payrolls, smooth open enrollments, and thousands of satisfied employees when navigating a system I had a hand in implementing. I have helped make good teams into great ones with my input of HR, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits knowledge, and have assisted in building a team out of those that have a part in the services we provide to the company and employees. I sternly believe that nothing is ever perfect, and improvement always has a place as long as you’re willing to look at things from all perspectives. I serve my company, and they get my best every day. I have helped turn leaps into strides as we continue to push forward in building the best assets possible for the company and it’s employees.
