During my time at UTSA, I worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant under Dr. Daniel Pineda at the Laser Spectroscopy and Chemical Propulsion Lab were I helped to automated the design process of rocket engine cooling channels by accessing the SolidWorks Application Programming Interface and generating complex bodies from Macros created in the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language. I also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant under Dr. Harry Millwater were I concentrated on applying Complex Taylor Series Expansion, Dual Numbers, and Bidual Numbers within MatLab and Python to obtain more exact derivatives for various engineering applications.
