Commanded an Airborne Ranger training company consisting of 24 cadre and a company headquarters, accountable for over $1 million worth of organizational equipment. Responsible for the planning, resourcing, execution, and analysis of assigned programs of instruction (POI). Responsible for the safety, health, welfare, morale, training and discipline of all assigned and attached Soldiers and 1500 students annually. Adheres to TRADOC and United States Army Infantry Center policies for course quality and instructor certification. Provides for the professional development of three junior officers, a first sergeant and assigned NCO's.

Ft Mcclellan

Responsible for tracking and managing the training and readiness status of all mobilizing units in the southeast region of Alabama. Directly supervised 10 officers and non-comissioned officers and ensured prompt and accurate reporting to the State Training Officer. Planned, developed, executed, and certified training for all Alabama ARNG Soldiers deploying in suppor of the Global War on Terror.

Montgomery, Alabama

Municipal department project manager. Oversaw projects including water and sewer system installations, waster water treatment plant refurbishment, and retail park development. Clients included the City of Atmore, Orange Beach Water Authority, and the City of Thomasville.
