Provide prioritization, oversight and management of 250 Army personnel and 52 government contractors in the performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and logistics functions in support of 16 Boeing MH-47 and 9 Sikorsky MH-60 aircraft valued at $1.2 billion. Provide oversight / workload supervision for Field Service Engineers. Oversight and management of Information Technology Field Service Representatives accountable for hardware, software, help desk support and training on business systems utilized on a daily basis by 300+ personnel. Accountable for the receipt, issue and retrograde of 2,400 lines of aviation repair parts valued at $30 million. Ensure proper maintenance and monitor manpower utilization of aviation systems, special tools, test equipment and aviation ground support equipment. Utilize performance metric and maintenance planning dashboards and develop strategies to perform efficient aviation maintenance. Manage aircraft scheduling to ensure proper resourcing of mission requirements.

Served in roles of Aviation Logistics and Maintenance Manager of a combined Aviation Maintenance/Support Company, supporting equipment valued at more than $800 million. Supervised 90 personnel in performing avionics, electrical, rotor/drive train, power plant, pneudraulics and structural repairs on 13-MH-47 and 8-MH-60 helicopters. Completed over 1,000 work requests during the Global War on Terrorism and through expert risk mitigation incurred no injuries to personnel or damage to equipment. Managed 10,000+ lines of Prescribed Load List (PLL), commercial non-stock listed parts and bench stock valued at $60 million. Coordinated with Regimental Aviation Maintenance Office, Technology Applications Program and Procurement Office and other Special Operations Aircraft (SOA) agencies to ensure mission execution; served as the Aviation Budget Officer for $12+ million in support of a 6,000+ flying hour program; Approving Official, Aviation Reset Logistics Manager, Environmental Compliance Officer, Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation Administrator, Level II Quality Assurance Representative, and Certifying Officer.

Served as Aviation Logistics and Maintenance Manager in the Army’s only forward deployed Special Operations Aviation (SOA) heavy assault company equipped with five MH-47 helicopters. Performed duties as the Aviation Maintenance Manager providing supervisory guidance and training for 31 personnel in 9 different specialties. Supervised and trained 20 personnel performing avionics, electrical, rotor/drive train, power plant, pneudraulics and structural repairs on MH-47 helicopters. Identified tool shortages and procured them increasing the maintenance capability and productivity of maintenance personnel. Managed 310 lines of Prescribed Load List (PLL), commercial non-stock listed parts, and bench stock valued at $52 million. Managed the unit’s budget of $6.2 million.
