Work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and hiring managers to help reach the most important goal: achieving excellence in hiring by providing a seamless candidate experience from beginning to end. Candidate interview schedule management for the TA team (phone screen scheduling and on-site scheduling and logistics).Meeting candidates virtually and ensuring prompt transition during the interview process.Continuous candidate communication efforts throughout the recruiting and on-boarding process. This includes offer letter preparation, start date coordination and first day letter with logistics of start.Initiation and management all background checks.Coordination and administration of required testing and assessments including, but not limited to, EEI required testing. High volume or mass testing scheduling.Assist with scheduling and all logistics of some company-wide and specific recruiting initiatives.Accountable for ordering and maintaining all business unit specific recruiting materials and supplies.General day-to-day administrative duties, and ongoing interaction with the hiring managers and stakeholders.Strong scheduling skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars.Exceptional communication skills, with a variety of audiences, both oral and written.Very strong documentation and organizational skills, and excel at prioritizing when given multiple projects.Experience in a fast-paced environment and balancing many different projects and timelines.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience working with multiple applicant tracking system.
