I manages a variety of tax and accounting engagements for the firm’s Columbus, Ohio business clients in numerous industries, including construction, auto dealerships, and professional services. Additionally, my expertise in ESOP accounting allows me to review corporate structures and analyze the financial impact of an ESOP transaction at the corporate level, and relay how an ESOP transaction flows through to the personal level of the selling shareholders. My consulting experience includes evaluation of internal controls, development of forecasts & budgets and cash flow projections and analysis. I joined Brady Ware in October 2011, and spent the first decade of my career learning a wide variety of tax and accounting areas that have developed my consulting practice. In addition to experience working in federal tax, multi-state corporate income and franchise tax, and municipal income tax fields, I've spent time working "with the details" at the internal accounting level, and at more of a "big picture" level in analyzing financial statements as a whole. Currently, I work on various consulting engagements ranging from cash flow analysis & financial modeling and business valuation services to monthly QuickBooks checkup and accounting services.
