-Perform organizational level Quality Assurance Inspections on the MQ-1 Unmanned Aircraft (UA), MD-1A/B/C/D Ground Control Station (GCS), RQ-1W, Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and associated support and test equipment (equivalent to the US Air Force 7 skill level).-Manage, direct and control organizational level quality assurance activities. Perform as the primary technical advisor for maintenance issues and assist work center supervisors in managing the maintenance effort. -Review inspection schedules, project timelines against critical path, milestones and update management ISO standards. Ensure that we obtain and meet all requirements of ASA-100, ISO9001, ISO14001, SAE AS9120 and Part 145 Repair Station.

-Lead 385 personnel on 31 U-2 aircraft worth $1.1B; supports 13K-hour local/deployed Flying Hour Program -Responsible for maintenance/scheduling/planning of training to support JCS, NATO & UN reconnaissance taskings. -Crucial to planning/coordination of mission aircraft routes to forward deployed locations.-Provide/prepare reports, enforces compliance with TOs, safety guidance, tool control and maintenance documentation.-Maintain accountability of $58M facilities, $14M tools/test /support equipment & $400K fleet of 15 vehicles-Manage production section self-inspection programs by enforcing Air Force standards and OSHA regulations.

-Expertly supervised 155 military technicians in performing maintenance on 31 assigned U-2S/ST aircraft worth $1.1B.-Responsible for providing operational ready aircraft for missions directed by the National Command Authority.-Established Dedicated Crew Chief Program, providing 3.7K flt hrs for initial and combat training to 90+ pilots.-Resolve personnel/equipment shortages to meet annual flying schedule consisting of 3K+ sorties/14K+ flt hrs.

-Instructed 12 Air Force, 2 Navy & 4 Marine technicians on the proper coordination for 24 hr. transient aircraft maintenance/servicing.-Evaluated upgrade and proficiency training needs and develops policies and procedures to meet requirements. -Ensured personnel are properly trained/proficient on 12 aircraft and crash recovery equipment valued at over $700K.

-Planned/performed scheduled and unscheduled O- and I- level maintenance on A/OA-10 flight line and phase aircraft-Prepared accurate/timely documentation of all scheduled time changes as well as scheduled phase maintenance. -Directly supervised 15 Repair/Reclamation personnel, plans, schedules and track all maintenance performed by R&R.
