Flex Fitness was develop as part of the Flex Building Project that was developed in late 2013. The Flex Building project was built on three important areas of life, health, leisure, and business. The building was completely renovated in three phases. The idea was to maximize square footage in a renewed building, creating flexible space to take on any business project, event or fitness class. Opening in April 2014, The Flex Building concept has been popular in the community, grown in members monthly while also adding new and interesting pieces of equipment. I hope this building can be a model for every rural community to blueprint.
