Oversee the finance department for the Dinex Group, LLC, Chef Daniel Boulud's restaurant group. We own, manage and license restaurants from New York to Singapore. In my role, I am the lead in all things financial, from the financial reports to lease/deal negotiations. Lead for all our relationships including banking, legal, accounting, insurance, payroll, landlords, ownership groups, IT and human resources.

Oversee the finance/human resources departments of a restaurant management group owned by Starwood Hotel's and Resorts Worldwide. CCHG own's, manage's or license's restaurants all over the world. Resposible for all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital forecasting, cash forecasting, compliance, IT, insurance, HR, strategic planning, and have a seat on the executive committee of the company.

Oversee the finance department of a BBQ/Bar restaurant chain that owns, or franchised the Brother Jimmy's brand. Resposible for all financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, capital raises and external audits.

Lead the finance department of the Tao brand that included restaurants/nightclubs in NYC and Las Vegas that grossed over $100m a year. Responsibilities included financial reporting, reviews, cash managment, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet analysis.

Started my career at the Smith and Wollensky Restaurant Group. Worked my way from a staff accountant for the Manhattan Ocean Club and Park Avenue Cafe to The Director of Financial Reporting for a publicly traded company (Went public in 2003). Was a part of the Smith and Wollensky expansion across the US from NY to Las Vegas.
