The business was later merged into a local acquisition and established as a standalone NTT DATA business entity working closely with Malaysia as the Regional Hub.

Regional Head of PMO for NTT DATA Business Solutions Asia Pac working out of Malaysia to establish a regional PMO function. Regional PMO was responsible for establishing, reporting and auditing NTT DATA Business Solutions Projects across the region. Providing assessment on resources, budget and quality in collaboration with the Regional Leadership Teams to optimize regional delivery assets.GM of Delivery for Malaysia (acting) - Responsible for the merger and re-structure of the delivery business to transition the Malaysian entities (Business Formula / Cornerstone) to a wholly owned entity of NTT DATA Business Solutions. Objectives to alignment with other regional operations, set-up formal processes from pre-sales through to Support and establish Malaysia as a Regional Centre for offshore/nearshore activities reporting directly to the Regional COO.

NSW Branch Manager - Responsible for Strategy, Co-ordinating National Resourcing activities and the delivery of SAP projects for the NSW NTT DATA Business Solutions team. The branch went through significant change following the resignation of the previous management team and the acquisition of the Innogence business. My appointment was to stablise and rebuild the branch.

As part of Extend's Operational Leadership Team the responsibility was the business development of the MAPP Line of Business (Mining, Agribusiness, Primary & Ports).Key focus - Develop industry specific capability across the Mining, Agri-business, Primary and Port sectors. The objective to lift the profile of NTT DATA's (previously Extend Technologies) business from an SAP Integrator to an SAP Industry Specialist Partner of choice.Areas of focus for MAPP - Commodity trading / procurement, treasury, risk management, supply chain integration, logistics, plant/mill integration and inventory management. The MAPP team developed a suite of Industry based SAP add-on components to bridge the gaps within the SAP solution suite to accommodate industry specific requirements. (eg: Seasonality, mining WBS structures, seasonal grades etc.)

The role involved hands on consulting engagements around PLC and industrial networking solutions for organisations such as Rio Tinto (Cape Lambert), Argile Diamonds, GrainCorp and CBH.

Founding member of the NGR from its conceptual existence as an industry service through to formal operation of the business in Brisbane and subsequent relocation to Toowoomba in 2004.

Responsible for an annual average operating budgets between $12m - $15m, 2200 + devices spanning three organizations nationally with over 80 regional offices and 350 + remote rural sites.(Allied Mill, PWA & GrainCorp). 25,000 + online grower/ buyer logins [represents approx 13000+ real users] and a permanent staff of 37 fte + external contract staff and technology partners.Major achievements:- Established formal ICT business strategy and architecture, including the adoption of an organizational wide ERP to support core back-office and strategic initiatives (mergers and acquisitions). - Advocate for establishing the IT functions as a Corporate Service and establishing an Executive level steering and sub-committee.- Assisted the business units with the use of information and technology to raise the general profile of their service capabilities to their internal and external customers.- First online grower portal to report and transact grain receipts and inventories electronically. This facilitated the adoption of several new marketing initiatives, warehousing, split tickets and multi-option contracts.- Involved with public listing of the organisation in 1997 and subsequent regularity requirements related to listing and risk management reporting to the ASX [predominately ICT based requirements].- Responsible for the integration of technology platforms from 3 major business acquisitions VicGrain, Allied Mills [ex-Goodman Fielders] and GrainCo Australia.- A member of the Sunrise [GrainCo Australia] acquisition due diligence team. Having the experience of prior mergers I was taken out of the business into a Project Director role to do the physical merger of the GrainCo assets [Completed a head of schedule and below budget estimates].- Business Sponsor for implementing standard control processes and the integration of the Ports [core assets] with the corporate stocks / logistics. [Previously the sole domain of the Engineering group]
